My work begins with the honesty of clay. Porcelain records the pressure, hesitation, confidence, and breath. I choose to keep those traces visible. Subtle asymmetries, delicate lines, and the organic shifts that happen in the kiln become part of each piece’s story, revealing the presence of the hand that shaped it.

Glaze is where I explore emotion. Layered surfaces build depth through color, texture, and movement, creating moments of richness that can’t be replicated. The kiln becomes a collaborator, adding nuance and variation that emerge only through fire. This balance of control and surrender is central to my practice.

I create sculptural forms that explore movement, memory, and the quiet landscapes found in nature. These pieces are meant to hold presence, invite contemplation, and offer a sense of grounding. My intention is to create work that feels alive, deeply human, and connected to the rhythms of the natural world.
